Discover the farmhouse
You will be made to feel welcome by a distinguished elderly ‘couple’: a 700-year-old oak tree and a typical stone-faced Provençal farmhouse or ‘mas’ dating back to 1800. They incarnate the timeless charm of this spot with a panoramic view.
The building is a typical Provençal farmhouse, to which various extensions have been added over time, creating different levels with winding staircases to explore the different spaces and ambiances. Thanks to its thick walls, the house keeps a cool ambient temperature – ideally by closing over the shutters during the hot days. No need for air-conditioning here, the ancient techniques still stand the test of time.
The farmhouse can comfortably accommodate up to six adults and three children.
The bedrooms
There is a master bedroom on the 1st floor with a large bathroom.
On the 2nd floor is a romantic bedroom with four-poster bed, en-suite shower room (with changing table) and separate WC, as well as a family suite with a curtained-off children’s bedroom. Passing in front of this bedroom will lead you to a final cosy double bedroom and an old-style shower room with separate WC.

Kitchen and dining room
The kitchen with its ‘Lacanche’ range cooker (gas burners and electric oven) is an inspiring space to create inviting dishes and convivial moments. We’ve made sure it’s fully equipped with utensils and electrical appliances, so it can be used for both gas and oven cooking. Treat yourself to grilled meats, salads or pastries. You will also find a plastic crockery set useful for babies or picnics. The kitchen is complemented by a charming traditional style dining room with a convivial table and large china cabinet, a few steps down, offering a view out onto the pool.
Outdoor summer kitchen
The summer kitchen is equipped with a gas plancha style flat-top grill which caters for the barbecue enthusiasts and is sure to become a focal point during your stay.

Living room
The living room on the 1st floor is a place of relaxation and comfort. The hi-fi system, games chest and television will keep both young and old entertained on the soft sofas.
Office and library
For moments of concentration or contemplation, you’ll find a Louis-Philippe style desk and armchairs, as well as a matching built-in bookcase. It’s filled with books and DVDs for all ages and in several languages, with plenty to read about Provence.

Children's bedroom and toys
In the living room, children can choose from a selection of games to find board games that suit their interests and age.
In the garage, you’ll find toys for the pool and garden, as well as pétanque boules.
Bathrooms
Each bedroom is right next to a matching shower room and separate WC. Double washbasins are provided in each room. One shower room is equipped with a changing table and hairdryers are provided in each.
The bathroom in the master bedroom on the 1st floor also contains a large walk-in shower with rainfall effect, a bidet and a spa-style bathtub for extra relaxation.

Garden
The garden is conceived as an oasis with several levels and terraced areas to relax and re-energise, to play or spend convivial moments, both in the sunshine or in the shade.
We wish you much pleasure in experiencing the melodic sounds and fragrances of Provence.
Alarm-protected swimming pool
The central location of the pool in the garden means you can keep an eye on the children while relaxing on the sun loungers. You can also avail of our pool foutas (for hire, to lighten your luggage).

The surrounding nature
The farmhouse is a departure point for numerous walks which meander through hills, vines, cherries and olive trees taking you to charming villages and viewpoints. Mont Ventoux, rightly nicknamed the ‘Giant of Provence’, can be seen in all the splendour of its South-facing slopes, just a few minutes’ walk or cycle away.
Follow the country lanes up to the scenic hamlet of Blauvac or explore neighbouring villages of Méthamis, Mazan, Mormoiron, Malemort-du-Comtat and Villes-sur-Auzon.

The hilltop hamlet of Blauvac
Nestling on a ridge, it offers breathtaking dual panoramas – towards Mont Ventoux on one side and the Carpentras plain, Comtat Venaissin and Cévennes on the other.
